Hi, I am Aparajita Maitra, a dynamic and enthusiastic Corporate Communications and Marcomm professional with 7+ years of diverse experience in internal & external communications, marketing communications, digital marketing, content strategy, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement.

In my previous capacity, I was associated with Bharti Airtel as Manager - Customer Service Operations. (Acquisition Experience) I have enjoyed fulfilling professional stints with Teleperformance India and Aegis Ltd as Manager Corporate Communications and Marcomm. I have dabbled in journalistic endeavors and digital content development & marketing as a Sr Feature Writer at Rico Auto Industries.

Throughout my career—spanning Telecom, ITES, and Media—I have led transformative communication initiatives that elevated brand narratives & strengthened organizational cohesion. As a seasoned communicator with a deep passion for narrative impact, I am eager to leverage my expertise in strategic communications, media relations and brand management to shape compelling brand experiences & lead communication efforts that inspire both internal & external stakeholders.
